Padel is a game of strategy and consistency; Yoga is the practice of breath and alignment. Together, they create the perfect physiological balance.

Warning!

Padel has an addictive reputation because it’s super simple to learn and so much fun to play.

Our Padel and Yoga breaks are designed for everyone - whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or looking to sharpen your competitive edge. Regardless of your starting point, we provide coaching and tailored match-ups to ensure every player enjoys a high-energy, high-impact session.

Groups are small and cosy - with a maximum of 12 players across three courts - so you’ll get plenty of personal tips.

All padel sessions will be led by LTA-qualified Padel Instructor, Marianne Hewitt.

Rain or Shine, We Play.

Courts are outdoors but covered at Smash Padel Whitstable, so we play no matter the weather.

Just Bring Your Energy!

We provide all the rackets and balls,  just remember to wear your trainers.

Find your Flow

A Whitstable based yoga teacher, Dan has a huge passion for sharing yoga with others and using this practice to connect back to ourselves amidst the chaos of modern life. Dan first found yoga as a way of improving strength and flexibility for Taekwondo training, and soon fell in love with the practice. The powerful effects that yoga can have on the mind and body is what lead him to deepen his practice and want to become a teacher.

Dan’s classes are balanced flows, incorporating asana, pranayama and meditation, that are suited to everyone. They connect movement with the breath and aim to leave you feeling grounded, connected and re-energised.

All our yoga is held at Whitstable Yoga & Wellbeing Centre (WYWC), a holistic haven in the heart of town. This beautiful, fully equipped studio - complete with four serene therapy rooms - provides the ideal space to breathe and reset.

Sea Scrub Sauna

There is no better way to start or finish a day of padel and yoga than with a session in the authentic wood-fired sauna. Perched on the beach right next to the harbour, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted sea views as the heat works its magic on your muscles.

Find Your Chill: You can take your pick from:

  • A bracing dip in whisky barrels.

  • Refreshing cold-water buckets and showers.

  • A plunge into the Whitstable sea (high-tide permitting!).

  • In the warmer months, we’ll break out the Ice Bath for those looking for the ultimate zing.

Extra Touches: Want to elevate your experience? Opt for a rejuvenating Seascrub or a blend of Essential Oils to truly transport your senses.

The set-up is wonderfully rustic and social, featuring communal changing spaces. Public toilets are conveniently located just a short stroll away in the harbour building.
