WEEKEND RETREAT
A typical weekend looks like this:
Day 1: Arrival
18:30 – 19:45 | Welcome & Gentle Flow Yoga: Settle into the Whitstable vibe with a grounding yoga session to shake off the travel and prepare your body for the weekend ahead.
20:00 – 21:30 | The Welcome Feast: Kick off your experience with a gathering designed to celebrate the best of the Kent coast. Get to know your fellow retreaters over a spread of seasonal dishes and local specialities. With a deep commitment to regional produce and coastal freshness, it’s the perfect, relaxed setting to share stories and settle into the retreat vibe.
Day 2: Flow, Smash, Steam

12:45 - 14:15 | Uplifting Flow Yoga with Dan: Join Dan at WYWC for a 90-minute session designed to energise the body and sharpen your focus for the afternoon's action.
14:30 – 16:30 | Padel with Marianne: Two hours of padel led by an LTA-qualified coach; includes skill-building drills, and fun match play under covered courts at Smash Whitstable. Drinks and snacks provided.
17:00 – 18:00 | Sea Scrub Sauna: Private wood-fired sauna with uninterrupted sea views.
Day 3: Steam, Perform, Restore
09:00 – 10:00 | Wake-Up Sauna: Kickstart your Sunday with a private sauna session and a bracing cold-water dip.

12:00 – 14:00 | Padel Drills, Skills and a Mini Tournament: After some warm up drills put your new skills to the test in a friendly closing tournament. High energy, plenty of rallies, and lots of laughs.
14:15 – 15.30 | Post-Padel Flow & Closing Yin: We end exactly where we began - on the mat. This closing session focuses on deep recovery and "Yin" postures to ensure you head home feeling lighter, more flexible, and deeply relaxed.
