“I had a truly wonderful time at the Down Dog Retreat in Whitstable. Yoga with Dan was suitable for all levels and very relaxing, whilst slightly challenging. Padel was great fun and the sessions were a mix of games with different people and coaching from Marianne - I learned a great deal and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cakes were fab and then we went to the Sauna by the sea. We had the sauna to ourselves and I have never experienced an ice bath before and actually managed to stay in it for 2 minutes, whilst cheered on by members of the group. I met some lovely people and Marianne facilitated the day beautifully. I would highly recommend this retreat with a difference.” Pauline

It started with a lovely yoga class with Dan, which was a great balance of gentle warm up stretches, flowing vinyasas and restorative relaxation, suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
